Carole Rowe owns and manages Cutting-Edge Services which started in May 2006. Prior to starting her own company, Carole spent 27 years at Red Stripe, where she held senior management positions such as Export Manager, Customer Service Manager, Customer Order-Fulfillment Manager and SAP Special Project Manager. She currently serves on the Board of The Women's Resource & Outreach Centre Limited, Uniform Centre Limited, Greendale United Church, and the Jamaica Worldskill Steering Committee. She served on the D&G Staff Outreach Programme as Welfare Officer 1981-2000; Director of the D&G Co-op Credit Union 1995-2000; Red Stripe Management Job Evaluation Committee 2002 - 2006; Steering Committee of the Jamaica Private Sector Development Programme 2006-2009; and on the Board of the Jamaica Exporters Association as Director from 2004 - 2009 and Vice President between 2005-2008. She has a Master of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development, Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Training, Bachelor of Science Degree in Administrative Management. She is a Certified Trainer, Certified Auditor/Evaluator of Facilities and Programmes for National Council on Technical Vocational Education & Training (NCTVET) and a member of the Customer Service Lead Group (NCTVET). She is result focused with proven ability in achieving outstanding success in training and development, motivating, building and developing teams, building and maintaining relationships with key corporate decision-makers, establishing large-volume, high profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty. She has designed and delivered world-class, cutting-edge processes, driven new business through key accounts and establishing partnerships and distributor relationships to expand export and domestic business. She has a passion for motivating people, career development, customer service. She is exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve her goals.
